What a day. It's been awhile since I've written anything. Ennui, away from me!

Mostly, I chose today because I'm vain. Well, about my dogs.

A couple of weeks back, a day or two before the 4th of July, a palm tree at the corner of our backyard went up in flames. Parts of the yard next to the back wall were smoldering. I don't think I've told you guys that we got a puppy in April. Well, my brother got himself one for his birthday. :D He named her Kimiko after some cartoon character, but we all call her Kimi. I broke one of my bookcases, guys. In trying to move it half a foot over to make space for the other one. Probably because I didn't unload it when trying to do this. Definitely because it's a cheap POS that's held together by CARDBOARD. I kid you not. The shelves and stuff are held together by plastic pins, but the shape and structure of it is held ( Read more... )
